Power of Questions
Questions have the power to change anything. Change your questions and you can change your experience.
One of the biggest differences between people is the questions they ask themselves.
Do you ask empowering or dis-empowering questions?
When you ask questions to yourself the brain answers you back.
Samples of dis-empowering questions: Why am I overweight? Brain says because you don’t exercise and you eat too much.
Empowering questions: How can I lose weight and enjoy the process?
Then repetition kicks in, so ask it each day.
Samples: If someone is rude to you, you have two choices:
1. You can get mad, because your asking Why is this person a !#@__?
2. Ask yourself “I wonder why this person treats people this way?”
One of the greatest questions was by J.K.F
“Ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country.”
“Why can’t I,” or, “What steps do I need to take to get this done?”
What if ____?
What must I do to ____?
How can I use this?
What did I learn today?
Would you like to know what the next step is?
